DIRECTIONS

From Dublin take travel M7 and at junction 5. Castlewarden / Athgoe , travel over bridge take the 1st left at the next round about and then take the 1st right , travel c2.7km and take the 1st right the property is c.1.8 km on your right.
Straffan village take L2008 for c.7.4 km and take left turn towards Ardclough Village. In village take right turn past GAA club and keep straight for c.3 km to T junction. At Junction go left and property is c.550 m on right hand side identified by for sale signs.
