This property was built in 1873 and is constructed in course granite which rests on a small chamfered plinth. The front door is located on the North side within a small projecting gable porch.
To the West and East are relatively recent additions. To the North elevation there is a triple lancet window. The property is set on a slight rise and is set behind a low granite wall with a wrought-iron gate.
