The farmyard is conveniently positioned to the rear of the residence and comprises a range of useful farm buildings, providing excellent facilities for a variety of agricultural enterprises.
The residence extends to approximately 1,056 sq. ft. (98 m²) over one floor and provides comfortable four-bedroom accommodation comprising a kitchen, utility room, living room, four bedrooms and bathroom.
Accommodation as follows:

Utility 1.23m x 2.63m
Living room 4.28m x 5.15m
