We are offering approximately 12 Hectares for sale via private treaty, the lands are accessed directly off the R402, a few kilometers outside of Daingean Town. The lands were developed by Bord Na Mona around 1960 as a peat processing facility. Planning permission (PL2/06/514) was previously granted for the construction of a brand new business park, the said permission expired in April 2012. It had consisted of part demolition of the existing buildings, an upgrading of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings and a crèche. Site works were to have included the re-alignment of the existing public access roadway and also a new sewage treatment plant. The sale excludes 3 of the existing buildings.
