Available from 01st Jan 2013, we have been instructed to sell circa. 30 acres of land, located in the spollanstown area of Tullamore.
The lands are zoned under the most recent County Development Plan, the exact apportionment is to be confirmed but it is our understanding that approximately 20-21 acres are zoned as Residential, approximately 4-5 acres are zoned as Sports & Recreational and the remaining 5-6 acres are zoned as Business & Technology. Although mains water is in place for the surrounding residential dwellings, mains water is not yet directly supplied to the subject lands.
