Directions: From Mullingar, head on the Dublin Road towards the Mullingar Park Hotel, at the R156 roundabout take the first exit. Continue through the next roundabout onto the L5720 towards Curraghmore. At the end of the road, take the right and continue for approximately 2km and take the left (there is a private fenced laneway to the right). If the bidder intends to purchase a lot in a name other than his or her personal name, arrangements must be made with the auctioneers in advance. By registering, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the auction and authorised us, as agents for the vendor, to sign the completed contract for sale on your behalf. A deposit of 10,000 is required in order to bid for the property. These deposits are payable in advance of the auction by online bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided to you at registration. The successful bidder’s deposit will become nonrefundable as soon as the property is sold and a binding contract is entered into and the agents are hereby authorized to sign the Contract for Sale on your behalf. The deposit payable on the signing of the contract is 10% of the purchase price.
