The lands are laid out in several neat divisions accessed via a hardcore driveway just off the Balrath South secondary road from the N52. The forestry was planted in 1999 (no premiums remaining) and comprises c. 5 acres of Norway Spruce and c.21 acres of Ash. Following a cursive inspection, part of the plantation appears to have suffered from dieback. The lands on which the forestry sits are of good quality and superior lands for forestry plantation.
