There is a good crop of meadow on the lands and would be suitable for one cut of hay or silage. No bales stored on the lands thereafter.

Directions: From Coole, travel on the L1826 towards Coolure for approx. 1.3km, and take the left onto the secondary road towards Simonstown and travel for 1km. Take the right (cut stone wall) and travel for 850m and turn right and the lands are approx 350m on the left and right and will be clearly identified by our James L. Murtagh Sales Board.
