This lot is accessed off a forestry road, it has approx. 200mtrs of frontage to this forestry road and all the lands are in one block. The forestry in this block was planted in 1994 and consists of Japanese Larch and Sitka Spruce.

We are advised by an external expert that all of the lands are suitable for planting except for 3.25HA (8acres) in a Special Protection Area (SPA).
