Terryglass is an award winning village located on Lough Derg & the river Shannon. This house is completely modernised and recently refurbished detached property conveniently situated in the heart of Terryglass Village & 300 meters from the marina on Shannon lane, the road leading to the marina. Terryglass is very central with the entire midland lake system at your doorstep. There is a historic well said to cure headaches in the woodland to the rear of the property which is accessible from a gateway beside the house. There is also woodland in the same area to the rear but has been left untouched to allow local wildlife to flourish, so you can wake up to the sound of birdsong.

Accommodation comprises hall, living room, dining room, utility & kitchen with a very large electric cooker, perfect for large family meals. There are three bedrooms – 2 with King beds & fold out single sofa beds & a bunk bedroom with an additional 2 x pull out single beds. This allows up to 10 max. guests but please note there is only 1 bathroom! The bathroom is a underfloor heated wet room with a rainfall power shower. Outside is a sit out patio area with artificial grass. There is an Outback Hunter 3 gas BBQ, large dining table, chairs & parasol for this area Heating and hot water is controlled by a Nest thermostat, windows are all double glazed & there is a stove for chilly nights… The bedrooms are made up with clean linen and duvets, bath/hand towels are also provided for your stay. There is a travel cot with a bassinet/changing mat & baby feeding chair should you need it.
